They're not allowed to have them but they bring them anyways.

Where I teach, if you see the phone and the student refuses to give it up, its a 3 day suspension.

Problem is, must parents/kids could care less.

I think you should be allowed to take it and smash it. :)

When I was in 7th grade we had a male math teacher who got pissed and kicked his heavy wooden desk over then threw the paddle across the room and broke the black board, what happened? We straightened up listened to his every word ...end of story. :hand:

things have changed....had this big ole burly math teacher when I was in 5th grade...he was a retired semi pro ball player and always had a baseball on his desk....if you were bad, he'd fire that thing at you! never a head shot, but I'd seen him hit a few kids pretty good....now adays, he'd serve life in prison
