The url has to be the actual image, not a page containing the image.

That's just a page with the image. The actual image is http://img227.imageshack.us/img227/7404/0165bkt0.jpg

If you right click an image in firefox or chrome you'll options like 'copy image location', 'view image in a new tab', 'copy image url', etc. If you're using IE...I'm not helping, get a real browser.
