He represents the owners and has to lead by example, he cant have character players on his team and then push for character conduct policies, HGH testing etc. So take the top 20 players on the board, now remove everyone that has red flags for character issues. Now with the remaining players, remove the ones that are not a position of need. The player remaining at the top of the board, is carolinas pick.
