Great start to the season. Havent read the books yet but will when I have more free time. Hate that Jeoffrey douch.

The baby killing is them getting rid of Robert's bastards... making sure there isn't another claim to the throne... They'll be on the hunt for Gendry now, the guy with the bull helm who is currently heading North with Arya's troupe...

Gendry doesn't even know who he is (Robert's bastard), and in the books, doesn't even know through book 5 (if I recall correctly)...

I don't recall the bastard hunting scene in the books, but it adds to the "unseen" story behind the story, and will be relevant later on this season...

Also, Littlefinger could very well be behind the killings, as the scene where Cersei fugs with him wasn't in the books either... but she basically told him at that point to hunt down Gendry...

On the season 2 opener... I thought it was very well done... Even the CGI was first class for a TV show... the Direwolves looked better than most movie CGI would nowadays, and the dragon scene looked pretty much real to me...

good start. Keeping everyone straight is a bit tough but its a great fide. Only thing that I noticed wrong was the Dire wolf...it stood chest high then when it got in Jamie's face it shrunk.
