Judge Nelson rules in favor of the players (lockout lifted...at the moment)

They have to go to 8th Circuit appellate court in St. Louis, and there's no guarantee they'll issue a stay.

If they do or don't, until a ruling is made there can be no free agency. You can't let guys go running off to other teams in case the courts rule FOR a stay and FOR the owners.

You will not be able to reverse player moves.

LOL you mad?

Yes. I don't give a rats ass about this season. I want the league to be successful for years to come and if they rule for the players etc then we will lose football as we know it. It will be worse than MLB.

Also this bitch ruled on her personal beliefs not law. the players walked away intentionally and decertified because they wanted to go to court and crush the current system and she ignored this.

Fans like you have no clue. 'I just want football this year' well you will get it and very shortly when it becomes MLB and the panthers will have NO chance at competing for a superbowl, I hope you are happy.

But hey, as long as you get THIS Season that is all that matters right?

You're still on the wrong side....wake up and recognize the owners took us all on this poo boat ride.....

I told you months ago that this was what was going to happen....no federal court is going to allow the owners to damage a $9 billion dollar industry.....not going to happen.

    • Jake in his prime was a gutsy QB. But just like with even someone like Cam. Father time is undefeated. It's very unfortunate we have a guy who is only 24 years old that has an equivalent arm to that. Absolutely blows my mind that our brain trust lacked the basic common sense to value arm talent when making a massive trade with ramifications for years to come. Unforgivable incompetence.
    • Jake, to me, will always hold a special place in my heart.  I really feel like for his era, he deserved way more love than he got, and should’ve had more than his one Pro Bowl.  He was a gamer with an underrated rocket arm. but let me tell you, after his Tommy John surgery, when he came back, I can’t remember who it was against, but it think it was a division game, he threw a ball that was supposed to be a throw away, as I think he was under pressure, and that poo floated forever and died right at the boundary where a defender ran over and picked it off.  One of the worst throws I ever saw.  His arm just wasn’t the same after the injury and surgery.  All that to say, that’s what almost every Bryce throw to the sidelines looks like to me.
    • And again, when watching him in college he had one distinct trait that I feel makes a franchise QB - on those plays when everything breaks down around him, he creates one on his own.  He doesn’t rely on or need everyone else.  That play last night on the final drive where he was getting sacked and threw it to Diggs before his knee hit the ground?  He does similar things all the time.  Mahomes, Allen, Lamar, etc., they all do it.  It’s what made Cam so special. but we picked a guy that’s the opposite of that.  He desperately needs someone else to make a play for him because he can’t.  Even that play yesterday on 4th down to Horn.  That wasn’t a great pass.  The defender was late and came down to make a play in the ball and Bryce threw it high and outside where Horn had to leave his feet and really use strong hands to catch it.  We relied on a 5’9” rookie playing in his first pro game to make THAT catch at THAT time bc of the early turnovers and a not great throw.  Crazy.
