Hey guys....not sure if this will work for non PSL owners but it did last time....note the 800 # and the pin at the bottom...I think ALL Panther fans should have access to any Panther related news especially when we have no idea what is going on in the league right now.....Go Panthers!!!!!!

I don't like how the Panthers try to shut fans who don't have the money to buy PSL's out of things like this. Some of their most loyal fans hardly ever get to go to games and I bet a bunch of those PSL owners only think about the Panthers on Sundays.

This kind of "special access" is one of the selling points of a PSL, I don't fault them for that, but I also don't feel bad about dialing in given that I probably have spent more on the Panthers over the past 16 years than a PSL (or even two) would cost me.

there needs to be some exclusivity otherwise what's the point?

I know plenty of PSL owners who went to all 8 games last year and stayed the entire time. I know one couple where the wife would read a book lol.

Doesn't matter how they feel their money is worth the same. They deserve something especially after this season.

Yeah well on TV last year I saw a ton of empty seats and I'm sure most of them were held by PSL owners. I'm not saying that PSL owners shouldn't get "special access" but it's not like it would cost the team anything to let non PSL owners listen to a conference call.

I'm not a PSL owner but I am a very, very loyal fan. In a time like this coming off a horrible season the team should be doing everything it can to keep ALL of it's fans and not just the fans with deep pockets. It's fans like us on message boards that love this team that Jerry should think about more often.

Did you know they have a secret bunker underneath the stadium for us PSL owners in case there is a nuclear war?

:( aw sh*t, they probably won't let me in now that I told the common folk.

j/k

umm....the privilege of being able to buy tickets to games that they never go to? isn't that enough?

one of questions asked was about preseason games why you can not sale them. Guy said would answer in second part of that.

Second question is why dont panthers have more prime time games. Goddel said its because its the games they think will be best for audience. Thinks drafting cam newton is step in right direction as well as hiring ron. Says he is proud of panthers and stadium and what they rep.

Next question is will there be a rookie cap. Goddel said something they have to get resolved thinks money should go to proven vets.

next question is why it took so long for owners to make offer to players. Says it didnt take that long just wanted to make sure players understood what was on the table.

next question is does there have to be a union because it seems to be taking away from football. Says there has to be a union says stuff that we know why player have unions then says problem not union but the issues

lol asked for ernest but got mickie. couldnt hear question but goddel says they should done more back in march shouldnt have gotten that far.

Why did owners opt out instead of sticking to same CBA. Says issues arent minor must make sure all issues are address all are important need to get back sooner we do that soon resolved

    • Not really. It all depends upon perspective. You can draft quality OTs high every year. They have one of the lowest bust rates by position. DTs, less so, but good ones still come along at a regular clip. With WRs, it's simply best to draft one in the first round if you want a legit play maker. Moreover, WR is going to set you back more than OT or DT at really all statuses, meaning JAG receivers are going to make more than JAG OTs and DTs, and elite receivers will make substantially more than elite OTs or DTs. I would also argue that it's much harder to find a franchise level OT or DT that can have an altering impact upon the game. So, if you don't believe they can, you may as well wait for day 2 or 3. That's why sticking to your board is probably the wisest thing to do. If you're not committed that the value is there, then what are you doing? Lastly, I don't think you should necessarily draft in a vacuum, but you must look at each team from year to year. People want to make them the same, but they're different. You have to start over every year and identify where the strengths and weaknesses are. You can't say, "Well we drafted [so and so] last year or two years ago, so we'll just draft this this year." That's not realistic and it can be highly counterproductive, especially in light of the reason that you should be trying to use FA to set up the draft.
    • If you read through his stuff, he's had a raging hate-boner for the Carolina Panthers the likes of which would make many long-tenured Huddlers blush. Every win was "yeah but" and every loss was "see I told you so".
    • Let me preface this by saying I've read WalterFootball on and off for 20 years. That's an indictment on my decision-making, and it's more than fair to be questioned.  However, the days of reading what's become weak ragebait have drawn to a close after he re-graded the 2025 NFL Draft's first round. He gave T-Mac a C on draft night. What was his re-grade for the NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year?  Carolina Panthers: Tetairoa McMillan, WR, Arizona – C Grade One-Year Grade: C+ Grade Tetairoa McMillan won Offensive Rookie of the Year, but only by default after Emeka Egbuka vanished in the second half of the season. McMillan was good, and was certainly limited by Bryce Young’s mediocrity, but there are still concerns about his work ethic and passion for football. If he doesn’t progress in the coming years, we’ll know why. Original Write-up: Wow, our Panthers source did not pan out for once. Jalon Walker was heavy chalk to go here, but the Panthers decided to draft a No. 1 receiver instead. While this fills a need, I’m concerned with Tetairoa McMillan’s work ethic, which is something you never want to hear from a first-round prospect, especially one who is chosen in the top 10. Bryce Young needs this, and McMillan is talented, but will he give 100 percent at the next level? Also, what about the defense, which was the worst in the NFL last year? https://walterfootball.com/nfldraftgrades2025.php
