We have like four Pampered Chef stones... we've broken two as well.

So you heat them up crazy hot and then what? Turn the oven off and let the stone cook it?

If I have time I let it heat for an hour. Most times it's usually 30-45 minutes at 550, that's as high as my oven goes. Leave the oven on 550 while you cook the pizza. Also, it works even better if you make individual pizzas instead of one big one it makes it easier to handle. We all like different toppings so it works for us.

Don't wash your brick. Don't take your brick out of the oven until it's cooled completely because rapid cooling will cause it to break, just turn the oven off and take the brick out in the morning. Don't cut the pizza on the brick this will also cause it to break, you'll need to take the cooked pizza off the stone and put it on a pan to cut. To clean your brick, scrape off any crusty spots and wipe it off with a damp towel. Don't wash it or use soap, eventually you will have a "seasoned" brick. Store it in the box it came in to protect it.

Nope. I buy balls of it from the grocery store for like $1-2, but I do make my own sauce. I'm not the queen of pizza, I just know how to look after my kitchen gadgets so they last me a while. lol

Well I know you're the damn queen of cookies, so why can't u also be the queen of pizza?

The wife and I ended up retiring our stone for a pizza screen. Makes an excellent pizza, nice and crispy!

Edit: Without the long preheat times too. Once the convection oven is heated the pizza can go right in.
