My friend went to Best Buy and they had like...TVs they couldn't sell anymore or something and she got a really good deal on it. I'm just worried I wouldn't be able to envision what it would look like if I got it on the internet. Although, pretty much anything made in the past 6 years is an upgrade from what I have now.

How much is it to ship a TV anyways

Some places will give you free shipping, Ive seen some for ship $100 flat, but it'll prol'ly depend on how big of a TV you get and where you get it... tiger usually has some factory reconditioned also, save a few more bucks...

biscuit mentioned Sam's Club too, which normally has pretty decent deals.

I need to find a boy to go with me though. I don't really trust myself with good TV selection

Lol i picked it up from my mom's house this past week. I still remember when she bought it way back in 1976. Brings back fun memories. I had a KISS 8trac i played on this thing. The 1st albums i ever bought was played right here. Blizzard of Oz and yes ABBA too. She was going to give it to goodwill. Man i just couldn't let it go. It works just fine. I'm going to clean it up and keep it. Maybe pickup some new vinyl, what the hell right?

I have a similar one, but it's the larger version with the album storage on the left. I redid the stereo inside, and turned the storage area into a small wet bar.
