PS2 games on PS3

Hey guys! I just recently got a PS3 and I noticed that, initially, PS3 doesn't have backwards capadibility on it. I've been doing research and I have found out that you have to download a PS2 thing from the PS Network in order to get some of your PS2 games to work. I, however, do not have internet access at my house and was curious if ther was some way of accessing the PS2 app or whatever you call it via a computer instead of through your PS3?

1. Obviously you're lying because you're on the internet right now.

2. Go buy a PS2.

1) There are other ways of accessing internet other then being at home. Currently I am on the internet via library

2) I have a PS2, except a few years ago it got fried by lightning during a storm. I am about to start a job and prefer not to purchase another gaming system for the sake one game

      Damn back to 10th. I only caught the last 5 minutes but some of those 3's were horrible lol. In that close of game you can't be launching those many hail mary's when you could be chipping away from the foul line. I guess no one wanted to get in the paint and didn't trust the refs to give them the calls maybe? Gonna watch the highlights to get a better idea of the flow of the game

      I agree.  The Big 12 is a good conference, and he is the swinging dick in that conference.  If Bill Self retires, that sets Kansas back a bit, and Arizona moves even further ahead as the best team in that conference.  Arizona can crush west coast recruiting with USC / UCLA no longer being relevant for LA kids, and Gonzaga not being able to compete moneywise.   If Lloyd comes here, he will be second fiddle to Duke every single year in NIL and recruits.  Not to mention the entire SEC and Big East for kids who want to stay in those regions to play. This is why I keep saying go get Mark Few.  Has proven he can do more with less from an X / O perspective but can also recruit All American players and compete at a high level. He's a god at Gonzaga, but for $9M he'd make the move as that's 4x what he's making at Gonzaga, and makes him the highest paid coach in the country.
