Grease Trap of Death.

A friend of mine that works at Murphy's Irish Pub and Restaurant snapped a photo of their grease pit tonight. Pretty f'n crazy looking.

Crazy photo. I can't really tell the perspective, are the eye sockets the grease trap opening on the floor?

If any of you want a fun experience, find a local buffalo-wings restaurant when it dumps its traps. If you get 50 feet of a wings n things when they dump, you may vomit.

They pump our traps out quarterly... We have two in our building due to having a restaurant and a catering kitchen... The smell is pretty rough, but you get used to it...
