The Panthers are 0-2, so clearly Cam throwing the ball isn't enough to get it done.

Most NFL teams would love to pick off the opposing QB three times. They'll take that any given Sunday. They're going to do the same thing the Cardinals and Packers did, and they'll continue to do it until Carolina gets some balance, and they have to guess about what's coming at them next.

Since when did passing games start making running games more effective instead of the opposite?

teams could care less if newton threw for 400+ yards every game for the entire season...and almost beat them.

in the end a W is what counts.

if they can continue to shut down carolina's real threat (the run game), they're fine with a rookie qb setting all kinds records.

I was very impressed with the improvement over all, however, we can not rely on the passing game. The running backs must get creative to gain yardage. This is a missing link "big time" toward a W. Cam was fantastic and I am proud that he wears the Panther Jersey. Don't know what was going on with Smitty, hope he gets it together.

SHUT THE fug UP!!!!! We just stood toe to toe with the champs, the run game will come around once the league realizes Cams huge numbers aren't a fluke. 3 rookie mistakes and a bonehead play by Smith or this game wasn't close!!! This time next year we are 2-0

Actually, did the rookie mistakes cost u the game or did the two tds that were called back for penalites the culprit? Think about it...that was 8 easy points down the drain for whatever reason the refs found.

Peyton Manning was an interception king like his brother, yet no one harped over it. I hope u folks won't be spazzing out over every interception Cam gets. Guess what...He will get them. They are par for the course. As long as he doesn't turn into an interception machine he will be fine.

0-2 with a lot of work left to do. We will probably beat a weak Jax team next week and the wagon will contend that we have arrived. I was so torn today between our potential and still realizing how much further we have to go.
