There are several cases of this. I want it called evenly. That's all. Dunta just got payback for Jenkins going H2H on Ryan.

Facemask to facemask hits are never fined, it's when they use the top of the helmet that it's illegal. For an example, see Dunta Robinson's hit on Maclin this year or Desean Jackson last year.

I'll agree it might have violated the spirit of the rule since it looked like a WWF headbutt, but it was still facemask to facemask and that happens very often and is never penalized.

EDIT: I do maintain the hit by Jenkins should merit a penalty/fine. His helmet makes contact long before the body.
