Im a scifi buff so when syfy cancelled stargate i lost all hope in network television. fug terra nova fug ghost hunters fug all these wannabe scifi shows. If it ain't trek or stargate it ain't worth watching. fug fox for cancelling firefly i still hate them for that.

Actually I have given up on Sat/cable. They all start out reasonable and soon raise the price way the *** up. Screw those shysters. If I can pull it out the air, I aint watchin. Something comes on the cutthroats TVs I can't get, like a NFL network game or ESPN, maybe a Race, I just remember that I am saving $70 a month.

I just have over the air stations as well. I get about 30 stations up here, although some of them are asian speaking stations. In Charlotte I think I only got 10-12 stations.

You can actually purchase NFL Sunday Ticket even if you don't have satellite. You can stream it on your computer. Quality is good, just like watching tv.

      Does this mean only topics from within the last year or any topics with posts from the last year? i.e. if there are any old threads we feel should be kept around for whatever reasons, would a bump of that thread before the update ensure it's kept around in full or do the posts from more than a year old still disappear?

      I'm more intrigued at him becoming our future LG. There were some people who thought he was better suited to be a guard in the NFL to begin with.  Then if Freeling ends up being a legit LT, moving Ickey to LG could give us an incredibly strong left side of our OL for years to come. Ickey has only played on the Left side his whole career, both in college and the NFL, so I just wonder if keeping him on the left side, even if shifting inside, would be better than putting him outside on the right side. Just hoping him growing up a Panthers fan will make him want to stay here and move positions than enter FA so he can stay at LT somewhere else, particularly since LT is the big money position on the OL, so he likely can get paid more by someone else to play LT than play LG or RT here for us.
