Explore the possibility of trading Otah for a DT before the deadline?

Not only that, it has taken a few weeks for them to gel, and considering breaking that up is a no-no.

By next year Fua and McClain will be bigger, stronger, and more experienced. With the return of Edwards, our D-line will be a joke no longer

Anyone we have of value for a trade, is too valuable to trade. We are young, we have injuries to key personell, we still have holes, and it sux. We are better than last year. We are going to be better as the year goes on. We are going to be a beast in the future.

Trading Otah is not going to change the time frame it is going to take for us to become elite.

I cannot get that last one to make sense. But GOOOOO CATS!!!!!!!!!!!

Otah would yeild more trade value than Goodson. Goodson going somewhere could pave the way for TSutt coming back though, which would be interesting.

Who crowned you GM and what make you think we can get anything for an injury riddled tackle with the deadline over? We have to live with this roster so we better figure out ways to improve without throwing a body at it

Bell had some good snaps but he hasn't even proven himself for a season. We all saw what happened when we lost Otah last year to injury and how our line has struggled this year on the right side. I think we need to see what happens down the road. When Edwards comes back and our rookies get some experience, the D line will be fine. We don't need a DT that badly to give up a right tackle that when he is healthy he is a beast. Lets see how he holds up this year at least.

We need a great offense to carry our defense right now. Sad but true.

Beside what team has extra d line NTs and need a O line right tackle in a big way. I haven't looked but wanted to know if it even makes sense for any teams.
