It's always worked when he was allowed to do it his way. Last year he was screwed over by the front office.

On topic though, I honestly don't know how The Golden Calf of Bristol does it. Kyle Orton is a much better QB than The Golden Calf of Bristol and he couldn't do anything, but The Golden Calf of Bristol comes in and he's AWFUL yet he somehow finds a way to win when it matters.

Fox has always been a players coach, players always played hard for him. When it comes to The Golden Calf of Bristol its the same thing. Players just rally around him.

Fox has been more lucky than anything. Without The Golden Calf of Bristol's string of fortunate games that is about to run out and being in a weak division, the Broncos would still be in a rut. If anyone thinks he's never been a bad coach well.. you must have been watching different games than everyone else for the past 5 years.
