This is Keep 3 league PPR with QB's and Def's scoring really high

I'm looking hard at Forte and Nicks its the 3 player thats got me guessing

Philip Rivers (so so year for him)

The Golden Calf of Bristol (not pretty but scores decently)

Matt Forte (had a great year untill hurt)

McFadden ( awesome potential but always hurt)

Hillis (desperation pick up last week after Forte went down)

Fitzgerald (decent production despite terrible QB play)

Laurent Robinson ( Been Phenomenal but got to wonder if he can keep production up next year with M Austin and Dez Bryant on the team)

Hakeem Nicks (been steady)

Jeremy Maclin (looks good would be very nice if Eagles parted ways with D Jackson)

David Nelson (was great before Fitzpatrick went to crap)

Baltimore Defense

Is it a CBS league? I ask that because you say it is a QB and Def driven league which is how my CBS league is. If you had Pitts "D" I would say make that your 3rd keeper but I am not sure what will happen with Baltimore's D next year. I think they will start to slip with Ray and Ed another year older.

I say keep Nicks, Forte, McFadden and grab Michael Bush early to handcuff McFadden. (unless he is no longer a Raider via FA or something).

Its a yahoo leauge but scoring has been seriuosly tweeked on D and QB play is a PPComp also with bonus pts for long plays and 300+ yadda yadda.

I put it to you like this... the teams left in the playoffs have CAM, BREES, BRADY, and RODGERS as their QB's Which has me thinking Rivers and hope like hell for a rebound year.

The Mcfadden deal is good but I'm iffy about what round I'd have to pull the trigger on Bush

If it's a high scoring QB league I'd probably go Rivers, Forte, Hicks. While I like Fitz, I think Rivers scoring issues are more a reflection of Turner and his pathetic attempt at coaching and not Rivers actual talent. Rivers will rebound and be harder to replace than Fitz. Depth at WR is far greater than at QB.

This is really what I was leaning towards I Just wanted more opinions and I thank everyone who chimned in.

What I'm really interested in is Laurent Robinson's output next year

    • Trade up for a project was dumb, he's gonna be 25 next month. By the time you're deciding on whether he's worth the 5th year option or a big contract you're already gonna be thinking about moving on soon either way.
    • I mean this is legit AF statement....you don't spend that draft capital on a project just like you don't trade up for an injured RB either, which was done in the same draft.  That draft IMO was a necessary evil for DM to learn from his mistakes (I think he did but some may not). Also I have to mention I'm a big Coker fan and think getting him as an UDFA was obv a steal.  Coker is the better WR2 at this point as Legette and its not even debatable unfortunately.  Give him year 3 but don't expect much from him.  Continue in the offseason with adding as much talent and competition on the roster as possible including WR.  Or just trade his ass for peanuts and continue to build roster by any means.......
    • Losing him was a huge loss. Look at how the Bears went from a 5 win team to now a 11 win team. The Lions offensive line is bad this year, secondary is bad and Campbell going for it on 4th down all the time has cost them games instead of taking the Field Goals. Goff is inconsistent as well.
