Ron Meeks a good fit.

Living in indy and being forced to watch all their games I dont think I ever remember seeing the linebackers blitz. All the linebacker play should improve, remembering almost all of the colts LB have been no name players. Their DL and LB were always filled with undrafted players.

I just wonder what Meeks thinks of Kemo? The only big body the colts had was BOoger Mcfarland briefly and I think Kemo is bigger than he ever was and slower.

they have done a little blitzing but not much. brackett has 2.5 career sacks, cato june had 1 sack while in indy, there were a couple LBs who got sacks a couple years ago as well...david thorton and gilbert gardner. sanders has 3 sacks as well...point is it happens but it is not something that you see very often at all.

oh...and booger is inches and 45 pounds less than kemo. they have always had much smaller DLine than we have. last year was the first time they had a DT over 300 pounds and they have only had a couple DEs that were 6-5.

Your wrong in the adjusting department. Our half time adjustments have been good IMO. What we lacked was in game adjustments. I think that stemmed from Trgo not calling the right plays IMO. Really If you want to talk about the bad parts of 08 that was it. In our playoff game its was dead obvious. I mean we didnt even bat a eye at Fitz till the second half and you could tell Fox was pissed at Trgos gameplan. On the other side of the ball Jake was throwing more then he had the whole season and thats def not Fox right there. Davidson showed his green horns in that game IMO because he didnt adjust in game. The fact is we like to run the ball and play physical Defense and thats all fox ask of his coordinators. I really do expect to see a more psychical team this year one that would resemble our 03 team with the exception that we have better LBs and CBs then we do D-linemen.

the only time Fox makes an adjustment is at the half. Seriously, I don't mind Fox but there is no need to try to pretend he doesn't have some serious flaws. The Fitz beatdown in the playoffs was a prime example...that goes on Fox. Wow, they made an adjustment at the half....Fox went into that game being the flawed stubborn Fox. He said he had been playing that whack scheme the entire 2nd half of the season and saw no reason to change.....no reason until halftime and we were getting curbstomped....

I find it funny you blame both coordinators for that game and not Fox. Fox has proven that he calls the real shots and his coordinators do what he wants.....especially late in the season. No way you go into a playoff game against the Card and play that lame D the 1st half.....we deserved to lose that game even if Jake had not sabatoged the team. More proof Fox doesn't gameplan well and sticks with Foxball unless a buttkicking is occuring.

Like I said your just a hatter that sees one side. I have not placed blame on Fox because Fox is the head coach. His job is to motivate his players and has done a damn good job of that. What Head coach do you know that is not stubborn and calls the shots. Fox is not perfect by no means he is super conservative and I hate that but its just his style. He also can play down to the level of the other team keeping them in the game but IN GAME ADJUSTMENTS are left to the coordinators and thats why I place that blame there.
