It would be cool if you got motivated and started doing some articles about what our players are up to this offseason.

It would be nice to know if Williams is working just as hard as he did last offseason, or if him and Stewart are working out together.

Maybe- whats Jarrett up to considering we let hackett go.

what about Connor?

or our whole slew of new coaches.

come on people- START REPORTING

It's not going to happen.

the observer's blog writers are in their annual "hibernation" mode where they're either talking about general NFL news or re-hashing the same poo (i.e. Peppers, Delhomme saga) they talked about last week.

Gantt is too busy scouring the web for witty zingers to slip into his next piece of scholarly, visionary literature to further his moral crusade against the evil lunatic fringe.

Yasinskas is actually the NFC south writer and there's a lot more interesting poo going on with Tampa and Atlanta and New Orleans right now compared to us.

their lack of effort is terrible.

that's why I laugh when people think we have this all pro beat writing tandem.

they have no instinct to pursue. they wouldn't make it a f*cking minute writing in NY or Dallas, or Philly, or California before their bosses tell them to clean out their fuging desk.

they're pathetic when you actually check out other writers over the country.

it will pick up at and after the draft.

it would be nice if someone was doing some interviews with the players, though.

that they (the beat reporters) might be on vacation might be true. it would be a good time for it since there isn't much going on, esp with the panthers. nothing really newsworthy is happening. things are stalled with peppers and i guess with jake.

    • One thing about it, he's not thinking about retiring. I found it odd that some Huddlers were taking rumors and running with them, imagining a slow down and "up-playing" injuries. Moton feels great and is still in his prime according to him, and his game is still indicative of his thoughts.  Sure, it may ultimately come down to economics, but I am sure that everyone involved is motivated to keep him in Charlotte.
    • I think the knee stuff with Moton has been blown way out of proportion. The exact quote was “It’s chronic stuff. Most linemen deal with it. But it’s just figuring out what we can do to make sure it’s limited and I’m still able to explode off it, which right now I can and I feel like I can in the future,” After a while, you start learning more about it and what can we do to make sure it’s as little of an issue as possible. I feel like I’m moving like I was when I was younger.” I don't view that as a guy who's saying his knees are on their last leg I see that as a 10-year NFL olineman saying that obviously after 10 years of playing a really physical sport, he's never truly gonna be 100% healthy again and he's gonna need to spend more time with the training staff to ensure his body can continue to perform at a high level. I think Moton has another 3 to 5 years left if he wants to continue playing.
    • So much crying. Tiresome. All of you should have had enough time to come to terms with the team picking up his 5th year...
