How cheap are you?

I use a bit of water to rinse the pasta sauce jar to get the last bit out of it.

I use a paper towel multiple times if it was only used for a small cleanup.

I always use coupons and do bogos at the grocery store.

I only buy clothes on sale.

I got lots more...I don't consider myself cheap, i just work hard fo mah money and I'm not interested in pissing it away. :D

Ever since my marriage ended I said "JRock, go out and blow this mutha fuggin life up for a bit, you deserve it!" and that is what I have been doing. I have no problem paying for 100% of everything and anything until I am tired of what I am getting in return. Can I afford to keep this lifestyle up? Hell no, but I will worry about all that later.

I'm not cheap, but I still keep a paper checking account ledger. I carry it with me at all times and immediately write in the debit/credits. I can't go 30 seconds without doing that. OCD maybe, but not cheap. I am also a save-a-holic but I still spend my discretionary income like it's going out of style. Life is a balancing act. Decide what your means are and live within them.
