Trade down if we can. Adding some more picks would be a great move IMO. Devon Still or Alshon Jeffrey is what Id get though if we dont get one of those guys listed above. Both of those guys are listed in the 17-22 range though.

If we lose to N.O. then it's impossible for all of those players to be off the board, but for the sake of the question... I'd say obviously (trade down) if we can, if not, then I'd highly consider Devon Still.

Assuming in this scenario we can't trade down and we have to pick at the 11 spot, I'd probably have to go with the top OLB, DeCastro, or MAYBE Devon Still/Alshon Jeffrey/Michael Floyd if one of them blows up the combine and Hurnivera fall in love with them. Obviously trade down is the preferable option though.

With those off the board, I would go with Luke Kuechly or David DeCastro. Neither is a sexy pick but both are super talented and most likely start from day one.
