8 or 9 overall Jonathan Martin 6-6 304

I think Martin would be the best pick at 8 or 9. I know we need defense and we have huge needs in the secondary and at Linebacker. I really like Kirkpatrick but I just can't find the huge difference between him and the other DB's in the draft except Claiborne. Kirkpatrick has good height and decent speed, but i'm not sure if he can guard number 1 WR's in the league. Let's remember we are still a young team, so we got to keep our strength's strong. Jordan Gross is getting older and Otah can't stay healthy. So we take a good pass protecting and run blocking OT from Stanford who can hold down the left side for the next 10 to 12 years.

2nd Round. Mark Barron 6-2 215 Alabama

I really like this guy and I feel he can be an all pro safety in the league. We struggled this year in our pass defense allowing 8.4ypa. A guy like Barron can really make a difference in our division.

4th Round. Cliff Harris 5-10 Oregon

This is a high risk high reward pick. Cliff Harris has a chance to be a shutdown CB in the league. He was potentially a first round or second round pick starting out the season. He Draft stock fell with his 2 DUI and been dismissed from the team. The Panthers get a steal in the 4th round if he comes in ready to work. The good thing about it is if it doesn't work we only spent a 4th round pick on him.

5th DT Depth

6th LB Depth

7th RB depth

I think we could get Reiff in the first. I like Reiff more, but I have no issues with Martin. I'd rather the team go after one of the higher rated CB's in the second round then take George Iloka in the 4th. Other then that, not bad.

I really like Iloka, He's fast 4.4-low 4.5 speed, 6-3 214 pounds. Used to be a WR and has pretty damn good hands.

I really like Rieff at 8 or 9 also, but the problem is I have him going 6 to the Redskins. The Redskins are in a bigger no mans land then we are. There is no WR,QB, or anybody really worth that number 6 spot. So I gave them BPA and that's Riley Rieff.

If the Draft goes like this which I think it will here is how it would go.

Colts- Andrew Luck

Rams-Matt kalil

Vikings-Justin Blackmon

Browns- RGIII

Buccanners- Morris Claiborne

Redskins-There is no QB to take here unless they take Landry Jones. That will be a huge reach. You can either trade down or look at BPA .You have Alshon Jeffrey,Michael Floyd,Trent Richardson,Quinton Coples, Riely Rieff,Dre Kirkpatrick. I have Redskins taking Riley Rieff. It feels a need because they need OL help. Trent Williams has not been on the field due to team drug policy.

Jaguars-The Jaguars have holes at WR,CB,DE,and OL. I have them taking the BPA and that's Quinton Coples. There in a tough division were they have to rush the passer.

Panthers- The Panthers can either hope to trade the pick or take BPA. If you look at the Board now it would probably look something like this. Alshon jeffrey, Michael Floyd,Johnthan Martin,Dre Kirkpatrick,Devon Still and Luke kuchley.I'm torn between Martin,Still, and Kirkpatrick. I think Martin is BPA you always build through the trenches. The key about this is Trent Richardson will still be on board and maybe somebody would like to trade up to get him. That's if the draft order go like this.

Dolphins- Don't know who to give them.

Bills- Don't know who to give them.

I don't have a problem with Martin at 9. He's a very good LT prospect.

Remember that DE has changed a lot in the last 2 weeks. Nick Perry is the top rated DE. Coples is ranked #2 behind Him at DE and ranked #2 at DT behind Still. There's a chance that the Jaguars take Perry over Coples.

I also expect Kendall Wright to launch up the draft board after the combine into the top 10.

There's also a few teams that like Martin's athleticism and potential over that of Both Kalil and Reiff. Also don't forget about Tannehill, he's a first round pick already. With a good showing and NFL's over valuing the QB in the draft. He could move up into the top 10 as well.

It's a damn crap shoot. lol

To add on to what I was just saying, I think the draft has three wildcards.

QB's Namely three of them, What happens with Jones, Tannehill and Manning?? With Jones and Tannehill it's how do they show at the combine and their pro days How far does Tannehill move up based off of his athleticism and size. 6-4 230, 4.5 guy.

What do the Colts do with Luck/Manning???? Biggest question of the draft if you ask me.

RB Trent Richardson > does a team just absolutely fall in love with him in the 8-12 range and want to move up for him. He's probably the most naturally gifted athlete in this draft, does that move him up a team's draft board?

DL prospects. How do the top three guys show at the combine.

Will Still, Coples and Perry keep their current status or will someone else shoot up the draft boards ahead of them?

I agree with you so that puts us in an interesting situation. I hope we win the coin toss and that puts us at number 8. Then teams who may want Landry Jones, Tannehill, and Trent Richardson can give us offers to move up. We are actually in a great situation to be honest. If teams like Tampa or Cleveland take a Trent richardson it will cost somebody like Morris Claiborne to fall a little bit.

1.Colts- Andrew Luck

2.Rams-Matt Kalil

3.Vikings-Justin Blackmon

4.Browns- Trent Richardson

5.Buccanners- Morris Claiborne

6.Redskins-RGIII

7.Jaguars- Coples

8.Seahawks- Ryan Tannehill

9.Dolphins-Riley Rieff

10.Bills-Alshon Jeffrey

11.Chiefs-Johnthan Martin

12.Panthers-Devon Still/Dre Kirkpatrick

In the trade we pick up a 3rd pick and a 5th round pick.

Ingram and Richardson both score in 90's which in the past would mean 1st round, but Ingram went in the twenties last year. I do not think Richardson will go till the mid teens.

In the last several years, only Adrian Peterson has made an impact from the 1st round RB's taken. Richardson is not AP either. Just don't think we can count on Richardson going top 10 anyway.

In the trade we pick up a 3rd pick and a 5th round pick.

In the scenario above, the Seahawks would have to think that the Dolphins would be targeting Tannehill? Don't see why they could not just sit where they are and have him fall in their lap.

He will fall which I think will more then likely will happen. It just a scenario. I'm thinking what if Peyton Hillis leaves the Browns. Then I can see something like this happening.
