That is debatable. Conners could very easily be ready to start. Jake should be confortable with Jarrett as he made some critical catches last season and Hackett is gone. Barnidge is a big target and if he can pick up his blocking he could easily move ahead of King and Rosario.

With Meeks coming in who knows about Connor or any Player on D. I do think we will see Jarrett and Barnidge get some playing time. Both have loads of talent and Barnidge will push the Bar with TEs.
