Can our franchise ever get to that level? it's so easy for them to get free agents since players badly want to play for them , even if it means not getting paid as much as their collegues.

Well I think more veteran players sign on for cheap with them. Young players looking to get paid usually don't & usually the pats stay away from them.

Of course having a dynasty helps but I think once you have a franchise Qb, recruiting big name guys gets a heck of a lot easier.
