I remember him being a solid contributor off the bench for the Charlotte Hornets over a decade ago. Good draft pick by the Hornets but they didn't hang onto him for long.

Even better than a draft pick then. Their bench and talent was great back in the day. Eddie Robinson, Jamal Magloire, Brad Miller, Ricky Davis. Not NBA hall of famers, but the guys had game and are the kinda talent you want - guys with potential that in some ways is reached. Much better than dead beats like Adam Morrisson and Sean May.
