Building For A Run In 2013?

Given this years draft and off season, and the new cap rules were unused cap rolls over to the next season I believe the front office is preparing to make a serious run in 2013 (I'm not saying we will not have a successful 2012 season)

Opinions?

    • With the money and draft picks we have spent on our wide receiver group, and with the way Canales has said he wants to run the ball, a breakout season for a Panthers tight end could be 30-40 catches.  For him and Tremble, quality will matter more than quantity.  Make some clutch catches, be a solid end zone target, and that should be sufficient.
    • I am beyond impressed thus far. Dan has shown an eye for talent, but this draft has been my favorite to date. Big guys from big schools who show up on game day with big plays against other big schools. Consistently. No project tweeners from schools nobody’s heard of. Just dudes. Gamers. Combine numbers and metrics took a back seat to film.  Love it.
    • I was bored at work, so I did 50 draft lottery simulations: #1 pick - 12% #2 pick - 26% #3 pick - 8% #4 pick - 10% #5 pick - 8% #6 pick - 30% #7 pick - 6%
