We have plenty of room in the bandwagon...which is the 28th biggest in the nfl right? Nothing sad about it..i love hearing about the team nationally..a few back to back playoff runs and we will bask in the glory...if we all survive the Mayan Apocolypse...which we wont.

as long as it comes with winning....which both those teams did a lot of to get their nuthuggers...i've got no issues.

too many whiners in here about new fans of the panthers joining just because of newton or whatever. seriously how can that be a bad thing?

i guess some people just like living with a mediocre team that no one really cares about just as long as they get to hang out with the same people every year rather than deal with newbs.

I think it's a great signing, but IMO a lot of his work will be on ST.

When I said sadly, I wasn't actually speaking for myself. I was sort of speaking for certain huddlers who seem angered by the sudden influx of poorly informed fans with little football knowledge that are popping up on this forum (and lets be honest, most Cowboy fans have very little football knowledge).

I wouldn't mind the Panthers to be media darlings at all, I'm kind of sick of people assuming we have been bottom feeders since our existence (which is obviously not true). That any good player we get our hands on, we should let walk for free or trade for little to nothing to a "real" team (rumors of Smith to NE, Deangelo walking, few others that I can't quite remember). I mean most of my coworkers are NFC East fans, and they think the panthers need to improve their running game because they drafted D will with their 3rd round pick in fantasy football thinking he'd put up incredible numbers.
