Bobcats still trying to get Humphries

all jokes aside, the guy is a beast and would give us a starting PF if we want to move Biz to C.

If they get Humphries with Bismack going into his second year, this team may not be so terrible at rebounding

The offseason wouldn't look too bad if this goes through

Kemba-Sessions

Henderson-Gordon (Williams/Carroll)

MKG-Taylor (Brown)

Humphries-Biz (Tyrus?)

Haywood-Mullens (Diop?)

I put Tyrus & Diop with q marks because I just don't see them lasting much longer in Charlotte

I like Thomas. I'd give him this year to prove he's not a knuckle head. Boy can ball if he puts his head together.

For Diop, fool gotta go . I can't bare looking at him much longer.

But Cho, let's get this deal done. Bring in Humphries and Haywood please!!

Draft Shabazz next year, wed be a playoffs contender.

PG: Kemba / Sessions

SG: Shabazz / Gordon / Hendo

SF: MKG / Taylor

PF: Humpries / Mullens / Thomas?

C: Bismack / Haywood

But seriously Chuck, why do you have an infatuation with Baz? He hasn't even played a single college game yet.

I prefer to go by players that we have actually seen, i.e. Cody Zeller.

I'd just like him. :)

There's a reason why the kid was recruited by all the top colleges. If he had went to, whi is it for you ? UNC Or Duke? Youd be all over him more than I am. You know it :)

    • I encourage you to go back and watch his college play. Notice how he immediately backpedals to 10 yards behind the LOS on almost every snap. You can't do that in the NFL. Your OTs have no chance of keeping those freak show edge rushers off of you. You can't create a pocket that deep. If you drop back like that in the NFL on a regular basis you're basically on your own. Your OL can't do a whole lot for you. Bryce can chuck it when he has an airport runway in front of him to step up into. There's a reason why "ease of generating velocity" is such a talking point evaluating QBs. It's not how hard or how far you can throw the ball given a perfect situation. It's how hard and how far you can throw the ball in a typical NFL game situation and that's where a lot of my concerns with Bryce were going into the draft. There were way too many plays in his college tape that if you were watching that purely in terms of translating it to the NFL it just didn't work.
    • Yeah, like I said I get it. From a revenue perspective I'm not a good customer for them. They've probably intentionally tanked offline franchise mode to try to get people online. Again, not a terrible strategy from a pure business perspective. I can't really be mad at them for doing what's good for business but yeah, from my perspective it still sucks.
    • Ok let me be more specific. Smith was a stud before Newton got here do you not agree? Yes, LaFell improved under Cam but then had his best years after leaving the Panthers with Cam as the QB and going to NE. So he improved playing with someone else. Olsen was in Chicage the year before Cam arrived and statistically had the same numbers his first year with Cam.  Hope that's clearer for you.
