Personally, I prefer Beason a quarterback of the defense more valuable than Ryan a quarterback of the offense.

I think Pat Y gets it mostly right. It's extremely hard to compare players of opposing positions on the offensive side of the ball.

Being #4 isn't a slap in the face or anthing, although I could see him as high as #2 since he has the ball in his hand every play versus a TE who makes 5-7 catches a game or a guard. Cam isn't rated as highly at his position as those guys are at theirs but his position is so important that nobody would refuse a trade for Cam for any player in the division, except perhaps Brees. That tells you all you need to know.
