I'm off all week because of the DNC. Didn't have to use PTO either! (Just like a snow day). HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHA!

I've been down there since 3:45 AM Tuesday morning. I just finished up work for the week.

Driving was rough at times, however, I got around with relative ease. Except for my time at ECU, I have lived in Charlotte in my entire life and no where the fug I am going. I'm sure for the people who have never been here were probably confused. The infrastructure downtown and around the area can be pretty tricky if you don't know wtf is going on.

It's over with tomorrow and I the beers I drink tonight/this weekend are going to taste pretty damn good.

first time in a decade i have not worked uptown. would have been cool to walk from the light rail thru the epicentre and see the taping of morning joe on my way to my old office. but alas I'm on the outskirts of town now. hope to be back tho in Oct.
