Rivera Is Worse Than Fox

Rivera was horrible ! You have the game won if you pick up the fuging first down. You have a 6 5" qb that weighs 245 and you can't pick up 1 fucing yard !!! Play to win!!! Don't give it back to Atlanta with 1:40 left so they can win it, knowing our D is suspect. Freaking Atlanta has jones and white going against our little safety !!! WTF Ron !!!!!

His last couple years here

Wtf is the difference between the two? We mind as well kept Fox

OH PLEEEASE, no one is worse than Fox, no one!!! This is deadbeat Hurney's team, RR has the job of trying to make it work, no easy task given so little was done to fix the secondary, clearly the weakest spot on last seasons defense. And ultimately this is Richardson's fault for not replacing both Fox and Hurney, hoping he gets smart after this season and dumps the deadbeat.

You are right shoulda had a superbowl ring last year.

I have tried to keep my mouth shut but you new guy sare complete r-tards.

I wish tht this was 2002 when we had 11 fans, because 11 real fans are better than a million jackasses.

uh no

its quite evident to see that rivera has not improved since game 1 last year. he is not the answer and has cost us multiple games already.

You're right

But if anybody think Rivera is NOT a worse HC than Fox, you're flat out trolling right now

The odds of us getting the 1st at the end of the game were probably twice as high as the odds of us stopping them from getting a field goal. We would have stopped a touchdown but a field goal seemed like a given. You have to adjust and tailor calls to what you have to work with. It's not happening.

Rivera absolutely made the right call at the end of the game. We had them backed up on the 1 ducking yard line with less than a minute to go.

Blame Naksmura for a terrible play...not to mention his blown coverage on the first TD....blame Cam for putting the ball in the ground....but Rucera absolutely made the right call.

Now the lady series of the first half, that is a mystery to me. Bad coaching and bad execution.

Rivera is just not cut out to be a head coach, thats why so many teams passed on him before JR decided it would be a good idea to sign him. I hated the end of the Fox era, but this is pathetic. I never thought I would miss John Fox and his clapping on the sideline but it sure beats Rivera's crossed arms and dumbfounded expression.

And the whole justifying the use of the TO's at the end of the half on a player dumb mistake? Even the announcers called him out on that. If we run a proper 2 minute drill there a FG doesn't beat us at the end. Even the announcers called him out there.

Sure.........

Chicken sh!t + youre advice=chicken salad.

I get the whole cost us multiple games thing, especially this falcons game. I mean when he was covering white in double coverage he should have......oh wait, hes not on the FUGGIN field.

MadHatter

We played to not lose, not to win

We should have kept Fox for this crap. I expected this conservative nonsense to go away

D.Will running Wild Cat. We letting Armanti takes snaps at QB

Exactly. You make the call to punt...back them up on their one with 59 sec to go...you double White...Norman took a bad angle and Nakamura fuged up big time. He made all the right calls there and the players did not execute.

    • It was absolutely a catch, and I can’t believe how many folks were stating, before the NFL’s apology, that the overturn was the right call.  The ultimate question in this case is this: can a player complete a catch with only one hand? Of course, we all know the answer to that question, and it is an emphatic “Yes.” T-Mac maintained complete control with one hand (believe it was the right) while the other came off when the ball hit the ground. The ball was in the same position in the one hand (watch T-Mac’s fingers in relation to the NFL shield on the ball) after touching the ground as it was when it first went to the ground. Going back to the question above, if one hand can establish control, then there was no need for the other to stay on the ball, so long as the ball doesn’t move in that one hand that stays on it   It blew my mind that they overturned this in the first place. This should not be a “We got it wrong on the replay because there wasn’t clear and convincing evidence.” This should have been, “That was absolutely a catch.”
    • Sign him up. I am willing to bet he wouldn't finish a game with -2 yards.
    • He is just fuging limited in every way.  On one hand, and nfl player, you would want to bulk them up so long as it doesn’t limit their mobility, elasticity, flexibility, ROM, or dynamicism - as is the concern with bulking up.  But the issue with that is, you would be worried about that when a guy has those traits to begin with.  Bryce is a very average athlete with a weak arm.  So if you’re not gonna be a great athlete with a strong arm, bulk up.  And if you can’t or won’t bulk up, find another fuging profession that doesn’t require athleticism and arm strength.  You’re built like a bitch AND aren’t a great athlete - you can’t be subpar in both categories…  well, unless you play for the Panthers apparently.
