LOL....That is fuging great. I'm about to leave on my weekly Goodwill adventure in about 1 hour so now I have a theme song.

Do you only go to the goodwill?

I live in Pinehurst and around here there are LOTS of consignment and thrift stores. Our goodwill here used to have set prices for everything but now tehy have started pulling name brands and other items to jack up the price.

A place I like to visit here is the Habitat for Humanity resale store. It's mission is to raise money to build homes.

I only go to Goodwill my Goodwill doesnt jack the prices up on name brand stuff ,I know the pricing manager at my favorite Goodwill and he has no idea what he is putting on the floor half the time.

Sometimes I feel like I'm stealing.

I have a deep list of stuff I paid a few dollars for that would've cost me hundreds somewhere else,

You should seriously try shopping at other resale shops. People have no idea what they have. I know what you mean about you feel like you're stealing. Sometimes just to balance out the karma, I'll tell them they are not charging enough for particular items, especially if I'm in a thrift shop that raises money for the needy. I'll even show them on my phone.

We have other thrift stores out in the North Charleston area but the folks who own those shops are very knowledgeable about what they have and I never find any good deals along with Habitat for Humanity everything is high at that place.

I agree someone should start The Official Goodwill/Thrift shop deal thread!

You know, we were really poor when I was growing up and 2nd hand shops were the only places I got new things most of the time. It used to be embarrassing especially when i was a teen. I used to know people who wouldn't step foot in a resale shop. But now, it's the "in" thing to go green and upcycle, it seems like everyone I know is doing it.

      There aren’t that many ways to screw Day 2 up.  That’d be them making an obvious reach, or selecting at one of the few positions that we are pretty solid at. Because as excited as we are for the growth and improvement this team is showing, it’s still not an overly talented or deep roster. Honestly, there aren’t really many positions I’d feel bad about. Feelings about Bryce aside (because we are not going to select a QB), it’s really RB (bad positional value) and that’s it. I guess OT too since we grabbed Freeling in Round 1.    While not as high on my wish list as other spots, you can justify WR or TE.     Interior offensive lineman who would likely take over an interior spot either this year (at center) or guard (next for cap casualty of Hunt or Lewis)? Fine by me.   Dlineman? Yes, that’s a highly rotational position and we have zero quality depth.    ILB? Yep, could stand for an upgrade over Wallace.    EDGE? Absolutely wouldn’t hate another option to spell Phillips, Scourton, and Princely.    FS?  Would love to add better coverage skill set to the backend of the defense. Moehrig and Ransom are great in run support but not as good deep. Adding a more traditional FS would allow us to mix and match/run some 3 safety sub packages and or a big nickel type look with a SS down near the line for better run support in possible pass downs.    CB? Could stand to get better at nickel.

      Sounds like Veesaar is entering the draft. He could always test the waters and pull out and return but without him our big men look like a serious liability. Better do something in the portal. If they don't do something about this portal madness my days as a college sports fan are probably numbered. This bullshit of having a nearly entirely new team every season is gonna get old fast.
