Need to bring in a Gruden or Cowher to run football operations and choose the next head coach.

This scenario will not happen until Jerry dies.

I would like to see Bill Parcels brought in ... that guy knows how to clean house of all the garbage and has pretty much turned around every franchise he has every been involved with. (except maybe for the Dolphins)

......... now I know that would never happen, but if this season goes down the toilet completely something in the front office and coaching staff needs to change. This team is regressing.

Id do flips to get Gruden in here as coach or Cowher as a 2nd choice. Sad thing is well be stuck with Rivera for the next 8 years and you guys know it. Well at least until JR dies and his son takes over that is.
