Then, the worst party-crasher ever, Lorena, shows up. Bill welcomes her by throwing a hurricane lantern at her. As she bursts into flames, I find myself thinking how funny it would be if that was it for her, but I happen to know that it most definitely isn't. I get it — she's Bill's Kryptonite, so any time he needs to be bent to someone's will, she shows up. I like how Mariana Klaveno plays her, but honestly, plot-wise I find her mostly to be annoying and extraneous.

I'm starting to get a little confused. It seems like they're leaving some gaps in the plot. I'm going to have to watch the first 3 episodes over to get a clear understanding of what's going on.

it really is getting lame. i was about 40 minutes into this episode when I asked my wife, "is anything good going to happen this episode?"

i can agree that there is nothing halfway interesting about Sam or his family. he seems to be completely unrelated to the rest of the main characters and is like some other show within True Blood.

but the rest of those characters are pretty good, in my opinion. they're like the whole show; why watch it if you don't like anyone on it?

Tara was annoying for a bit, but the storyline with the english vampire is pretty interesting. i'm curious about where it goes and what he wants with Tara.

Hoyt and Terry and Andy are just awesome and hilarious characters, imo.

i love how Eric is developing. i don't like how Sookie/Bill is developing, because i can hardly even remember why they give a poo anymore. nothing has gone right for so long that i can't remember them actually being in love.
