Some people are just sad pieces of garbage

Saw this posted on Facebook.

We kicked the crap out of some State fans at a tailgate one time after I saw a couple frat idiots taunt and pour beer on a grandfather and his grandson walking to car after a game. They grandfather and grandson were UNC fans....

I hate people sometimes.

OMG...I'm so tired of hearing about this....Moosehead's FB page got so out of control they had to delete it all together. The people claiming that Chris hates veterns and in turn threatening him were just as sad and pathetic

I love Moosehead and I will be eating lunch there tomorrow.

They found Tanks fb page, people should be blowing that up instead.

yeah...I hear ya...I don't know the dude

I admit that the staff should have kicked dude out...but they didn't...

I saw Chris' apology post first thing Monday morning..by the time they deleted the page all together, that one post had over 1000 responses. It was atrocious all the threatening that was going on from people that were in the military themselves and/or their family. People posting from ALL over the country claiming to know what happened calling for Chris' head. From coming in and pissing on the floor to burning down his entire business....Chris is a veteran himself and does a ton of charity work for the military.

yep, they should have kicked him out, but thats the only thing they did wrong imho. Sad all around, and I do wonder why nobody else that was there stood up for the vet.

He is also a boxer....pry would have ended pretty quickly if Chris was there. Shame on everyone else.

The story as a whole doesn't make much sense to me.

Some guy just started yelling at them before they even came into the restaurant without provocation? Just for wearing cowboys jerseys? And then the group of cowboys fans were the ones who were asked to leave by the staff? For no good reason at all?

Are we missing a giant chunk of this story? Because this account makes it sound like everyone but the cowboys fans acted irrationally.

On a happier thought...their food is fantastic...LOVE their wings...and their southern dip..and buffalo chick sammich..and nachos...

VIVA LA MOOSE! :)

I wish it was a bit cleaner though. I took my wife and a couple of her friends there and we got up before ordering because it was really dirty that night. I wish they would fix the bathrooms and keep those clean. (no soap in either bathroom pretty much sealed the deal on me not eating there that night.)

    • if  ANYONE actually goes & looks at the FACTS on rookie Qb's after 2 full seasons as a starter in the NFL & they are still well below average do they rarely ever actually become top tier Qb's & instead most likely either do not recieve a second contract & or become life long backups...just saying
    • So he became GM and decided not to address the weakness in the QB room following one of the worst rookie QB performances in NFL history?  There were options last season other than signing Dalton to a 2 year deal. Brissett and Jones by a wide margin, both of whom outplayed Bryce, Wilson, Winston, hell even Rivers off the couch was more exciting at the QB position. The time to address the failure in the QB room was last year but instead people on the Huddle cheered when we brought Dalton back then cheered when we were able to get anything for him after they finally realized he was washed up like a few of had been saying all along and got poo'd for even mentioning.  This year, the options were more limited obviously, especially since we lost Icky. It changed the dynamic of our draft. I think we were stuck this year keeping Bryce, but i still think giving him a 5th year option for what has amounted to replacement worthy performance was the wrong move. Why guarantee 25m if you're planning to replace him? You think he's going to want to be a bridge QB? Hell no. He's going to want out and we'll end up cutting him if he has another lackluster season because no one is trading for him with that price tag.  Were there better options as far as production available. A couple. Were there guys available with more physical tools than Bryce, Pickett or Grier, you damn well better believe there were. I've been saying all along, you always keep looking for your 1b. Bryce has yet to prove he can be a starter. Keep looking for someone who may. Put competition in camp. Let the best QB lead the team. Stop settling for less than mediocre.
