That's right, score TDs and nobody cares, period, about that leadership crap. His job is to march the team down the field, LEAD the team to a TD. I'm sure the locker room envrionment is much different than what the media presenst or what you or I know goes on. The coach's job is to make prudent decisions to keep Cam from having to press....when QBs press, dumn stuff happens, especially young QBs with the talent of Cam. Make a 3rd and 1 with 8+ min left in the game with a 19-7 lead... Cutler is 6-1...what's the problem with him?

I wouldn't want Cutler ever. I'll bet he never wins a SB. The guy is a head case just as it appears Cam is becoming. Maybe a new coach and GM will resolve the issue and Cam will be as great as many think he can be.

He might win one this year as a matter of fact...not many QBs win superbowls...Dan Marino didn't, and if not for the great RB Tyrell coming along, Elway would've remained winless. You need a decent to good QB, and a respectable rushing attack to win a superbowl, but better yet, a great defense and a good coach.
