Predict Cam's #'s for the second half of the season

Yea I don't think a top 5 pick helps this group. I think our game breaking WR will be available when we select middle of the 1st

Maybe we need a DT like Star or Hankins in the 1st. Maybe we can find a game breaking receiver in the 2nd. Likely won't find a star DT as good as Star or Hankins in the middle of the 1st.

Can't even compare us to Cleveland. Now that's disgusting. Everything is wrong with that organization.

losing culture = losing culture

you're pulling for a third losing season in a row.

who wants to be a part of that?

this would only be a team that desperate players go and hope to find their way out of.

losing is never acceptable.

a top 5 pick just isn't that important.

A top5 is pretty important if you can get an impact player like Star or Hankins to help your defense next year.

I'd rather them win as many games as they can, good confidence builder....you think players will wanna stick around if we have top 5 picks every year?

Well remember that, "win late in the season and it'll carries over to the next year" thing? Well we proved that wrong this year.

See a team like the Bucs? 4-12 last season and are really playing pretty damn good this year.

would rather address DT in FA or via trade, preferably FA.

that's a discussion for another time.

given the choice between winning and losing, winning should always be the correct choice.

the team is not made better by losing.

    • And that makes you right.
    • Mel Kiper said he would retire if Jimmy Clausen wasn't a successful NFL starter too. Just because the experts make a claim doesnt mean it's true either.  Bryce may be a serviceable QB for someone. Serviceable QBs don't bring you a perennial winner or lead you to the playoffs over and over. Serviceable QBs also dont get 50m plus per year deals which is what a Bryce extension would look like.  The stats show he hasn't been even a serviceable QB in the 3 years he's been here. The eye test shows he hasn't put together 2 franchise QB salary games back to back in 3 years.  Complain all you want about people being negative, but people pointing out that Bryce is held to a different standard than anyone else on the team isn't complaining. It's stating the obvious.
    • We have big bodied WRs and 3 TEs who all have potential and each bring something different to the table. I never saw the need to go out there and try and find a new starting TE.  While it's nice to have a guy like McBride, Bowers, etc, I think a team's better use of the cap is by having TEs on rookie contracts or cheap vets, not having to pay elite TE money.
