I'd switch out Tom Brady for Peyton (even though I hate Brady and it would be a tough decision), Marvin Harrison for Steve Smith, and Lorenzo Neal for Tony Richardson. Seymour is a defensive end, so I would switch him out for one of the Williams wall guys (probably Kevin). I'd probably put Kevin Mawae instead of Saturday. And I don't know how you could put Kasay in over Vinatieri and his 4 rings.

Brady has the championships, but I like Peyton's sheer football IQ and stats.

Lawrence Taylor?

I love how everyone literally breaks down every single part of every post of mine just cause i'm a Falcons fan

You slid in a defensive end for the all decade team who has only played 16 games in roughly half of the seasons, with the last two as a two down player only...that just happens to currently play for the Falcons. Yeah, no bias there.

I never claimed it wasn't a homer pick :) He also happens to have 84 sacks this decade which is 5 less than Strahan while playing less downs than Strahan. It may have been a homer pick but it's not like it's without reason.

    • You joke, but hasn't basically the whole team been in Charlotte this past week together? I'm not one to see the random dumb stuff players put out on social media in the offseason and think it means that's ALL they've been doing and not working on their game.  But it's a little strange that all this is coming out at the same time we're seeing tons of stuff with the team in Charlotte together, even if it's just working out and not even official team OTA's or anything. So he gets a pass from me saying anything now, but if he doesn't show clear improvement this season, it then opens him up to some retroactive criticism for some things.
    • Ha-ha, I bet that went through everyone's mind.  Admittedly I don't read all the comments in a thread before I make a post. Great minds think alike!
    • Cam was hitting his stride as a QB in 2017/2018.     This is why I think stats like completion percentage are overrated. As long as a QB is clutch and makes the throws to win the game the rest doesn’t really matter. What good is a check down stat padder if they’re a choker.  Until Norv Turner (and briefly Chud) got here we put Cam in high pressure throwing situations all the time. We also ran the ball on first down more than most teams in the NFL in the Ron era. Coupled with shitty WRs, all that is expressed in his stats. I also assume Cam took the ball in his hands on many occasions rather than trust Funchess to catch the ball.    It was also never Cams job to play the game like someone else. His presence on the field dictated the game in a way that is rarely seen.  He showed he could play the dink and dunk game just before TJ Watt. That didn’t suddenly make him better than his earlier seasons. He just got put in a legit under center  passing game again for first time since his rookie year with Chud.    Ron took the quickest path to success and abused the RPO because his ass was about to get fired.    Cam never got the credit for being the cerebral player that he was. I just think when you are legitimately a human Superman, sometimes the best play is having the ball in your hands. He was a better passer than Delhomme was.
