Monday November 26 2012 vs. Eagles (W 30-22)*

Newton 18-28, 306 yards, 2 TDs, 0 INT, 14 rushes, 52 yards, 2 TDs (125.0)

*preseason game

So you telling me 2 days ago everyone on this board had it in the bag Cameron would put up 4 TDs and 300 yards and we win on the road in Philly? We were all expecting an easy victory over the Eagles?

Or was everyone expecting another choke job on defense and our offense to stall out?

Delhomme 124.7 QB Rating vs 8-8 Packers

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Cam 125 QB Rating vs 3-8 Eagles, losers of 7 straight & line-up full of rookies

FYI.....

The 2005 Green Bay Packers were 4-12. They were 0-3 coming into that game and it was a home game.

Cam was on the road and had much bigger individual night.

You can't just look at a stat line. Stats are extremely overrated.....

QB A...... 18/24 350yd 3td

QB B...... 10/18 150yd 0td

QB A was 0-6 on 3rd down, with 160yd & 2td coming from 2 plays with busted coverage.

QB B was 6-6 on 3rd down, including 4-4 for 40yd on game-winning FG drive late in the 4th.

Our best QB in team history had the best MNF game? How does math work?

Any true Panthers fan knows who #1 is. It's the guy who replaced Peete at halftime of week 1 & rallied the team to a win from a 17-0 deficit. Then led the team to an 11-5 record & Super Bowl appearance, where he played phenomenal. Then 2 years later led our team to a 12-4 record, where as an injury riddled team, we lost the NFCCG. He was a great QB for several years before suffering an elbow injury. He was also a TREMENDOUS LEADER.

Bandwagon Panthers fans, who are huge Cam homers, think doing a Superman pose & beating 3-7 teams on MNF make him a God & the greatest.

I don't look at just stats.....simply pointing out that game was AT Carolina and against a bad Packers team. Unless you want to argue playing at BOA vs Philly makes no difference and a 4-12 team can actually be a good team.

Right now the Eagles are the worst team in the NFL. If you can't see that you don't know football.
