You seriously have no issue with risking Cam by making him the leading rusher when we have three good RB's?

Come on Rayzor you are better than this.

as long as he's smart when he runs i don't care. i think he's safer a lot of the time running than standing back in the pocket.

there is no safe place on the football field, but at least he's more in control of things when he's running and not a sitting duck with a wet paper bag blocking him.

i think he does keep the ball more than he should in the option, but when he's got a whole he should use it, esp. if it's taking too long for a receiver to get open. it's mainly up to him, though. like i told someone else (and i'm not saying this is what you're saying) but a lot of people put the blame on the read option but look at oregon's stats and see how many carries the RBs get compared to the QB.

      It's not common for a RB to recover from two ACL tears in the same knee. It's fairly rare. You are correct that it isn't the career ender that it used to be but there is also the fact that we appear to have largely moved on with the additions of Dowdle and Etienne.  Dobbins is a very good example. He has basically missed 54% of his career regular season games since he came into the league in 2020. It will end up being 57% at the conclusion of this season. It's a big contributing factor to why he is on this third NFL team in 6 years. It's certainly possible that may be 4 by the beginning of next season. I would say there is very little chance that Brooks ever contributes in any meaningful way in Carolina. Possibly with another team but I am extremely skeptical of his future here because of those injuries and because of the roster.

      Dude he didnt play in pre season.....  he didnt practice at all with the team until the end of October.    I do agree though.

      Bryce had a hand in the Miami win but not nearly as large of one as Rico and he also had the extra burden of being a big reason we were in the hole in the first place. If we get a winning season he is definitely back for next year though.
