Panthers told Hardy to take as much time as he needs. He didn't make the trip to N.O. with team, and not expected to be here at all.

I was really hoping that he'd play today, and absolutely have a career day like many players have done in the past. None the less, I completely understand his reasoning and won't hold this decision against him in the future. The dude balled out this season. I can only pray for him and his family during this painful period.
