Changing my sig

Alright, so I changed my sig from it's former glory to the gif of Tolbert doing Gangnam Style in the endzone. After many requests (primarily from Ivan), I have decided to be a man of the people and reinstate the sig that inspired many posters all over the Huddle.

However, I am running into an issue. Even when resizing my sig, it will not allow me to put this pic in. Somebody get a mod's attention to help me get this done. Here is the pic (most of you should remember it).
