NBA Draft 2009

Its The Milk

I just looked at Hansbrough's combine numbers and his numbers were almost exact the same as Griffin's. Hansbrough was actually faster then him, not a big difference anywhere in the numbers. Griffin had a 1.5 inch advantage in vert jump and that was the biggest difference. So they basically have the same athletic ability looking at the numbers. Seeing that I think the Indy pick is even better then I thought it was. He's still a great pickup for them and is a really good fit for the pacer team.

He came into the combine with these "size" numbers:

6 feet 9.5 inches

234 lbs

wingspan: 6 feet 11.5"

reach: 8'10"

Max Vertical: 34" - Max Vert. Reach: 11'8"

Sprint: 3.27 s

Bench Press: 18 (tied for 4th)

Blake Griffin:

6' 10"

248 lbs

wingspan: 6 feet 11.25"

reach 8'9"

Max Vertical: 35.5" - Max Vert. Reach: 11'8.5"

Sprint: 3.28 s

Bench Press: 22 (2nd)

A lot easier looking at those numbers to see why Team's started to fall in love with T and his stock started to soar in the last couple of days.

just got a laugh out of an ESPN poll-

Who was the biggest steal in the first round?

A-Brandan Jennings

B-Gerald Henderson

C-Tyler Hansbrough

D-Jrue Holiday

Jennings didn't even come to the lottery cause he didn't want to be embarresed, and I don't think Henderson or Hansbrough was expected to go much higher than they were
