OH what a decision! Can I really give up watching the game live? Will it totally suck the excitement out if I know the game's outcome was settled hours ago? Can I really get into it at 8:30, feeling the pressure of a clutch play when the Huddle has been dissecting the win or loss since 4pm?

Most importantly, how much will I miss going on the Huddle and ranting about botched plays as they happen?

But on the other hand, the beer I have in my fridge now is free, and I can sip a nice scotch from the comfort of my house rather than guzzle Miller Light between obnoxious drunk Steelers fans and their horrible, horrible looking womens. And It's not like I can't occasionally go watch games live at the bar. And at least I won't have to plan my whole Sunday around the game. I can even go shopping at the outlet malls, and then catch up after I bought a pair of irregular chinos on tax-free weekend.

BUT ONCE YOU STOP PLANNING YOUR SUNDAYS AROUND A LIVE FOOTBALL BROADCAST...THE TERRORISTS HAVE WON!

What to do?

Will be picking up the $70 package. Gotta scout the opponents. Didnt' know you could save clips.

And I did pre-order the Madden, there's alot of confusion, but from everything I've read you get the NFL ticket (PC, tablet, phone) code regardless of DTV status. And it's thru Amazon and I'm sure they will take care of their customers if it doesn't work.

Someone made a post in another thread about how that's so misleading its practically a scam.

I could be reading this wrong, but the way I read it, if you are in an area that has DirectTV then you are not eligible to use the $99 Madden code only.

• Fans who are not currently DirecTV subscribers but are able to receive DirecTV service will receive a promo code entitling them to $10 off per month for their first year of service and one year of NFL Sunday Ticket Max at no additional charge.

• Fans who are already DirecTV and NFL Sunday Ticket Max subscribers can access NFL Sunday Ticket on computer and mobile devices using their current DirecTV username and password.

• For fans unable to receive DirecTV service, each Madden NFL 25 Anniversary Edition will include a unique code to access the 2013 regular season (17 weeks) trial of NFL Sunday Ticket on computers, tablets, and mobile devices- including access to the award-winning Red Zone Channel.

weird question, but when you're watching the replay of the game, does it open and play in another window/program? (such as WMP) or does it play right there in your browser?

I'm curious about this, too.   I currently hook a HDMI cable between my laptop and TV to stream but I'm thinking about buying the new Chromecast.   It cost $35 and supposedly will stream anything that will play in the Chrome browser with no cables.
