Mobile QBs = Panther's D-Line > Standard Pocket QB

You might be on to something here. I always thought the advantage Cam and the panthers had over other team was his dynamic play making ability. Then all of sudden the league balloon with those types which kind of offset that edge when we play those types. I think the giant defensive players said the same thing after they played the redskins last year. Luckily our division doesn't have any thus we can feast for a little while.

Here u guys talking about Cam's mobility and those in the media are talking about his brute strenght. All they keep showing is not only his clean throw to Ginn, i believe that is the receiver's name, but him plowing his way into the endzone for a TD.

If mobile QB can throw they are greater than statue QBs in terms of D line play

Have said it numerous times...

Quarterbacks who can both pass and run are gold.

Quarterbacks who can pass but can't run are silver.

Quarterbacks who can run but can't pass are fool's gold.

I did some quick calculations according to my mathematical sentence.  According to what I'm calling "Rivera's Enigma", Qbs who aren't at least as mobile as Russel Wilson (might have to look at some of their 40 times and cone drill information), we should win at least 12 more games.  We should win against the Cardinals, Vikings, Rams, Buccaneers 2 times, Falcons 2 times, Patriots, Dolphins, Saints 2 times, and Jets.  I'll do a little more research concerning 40 times, comparing Wilson's times to Josh Freeman's, Christian Ponder's, and Geno Smith's times.  Yet I'm pretty sure they fall below Wilson's timing.

Yes I'm bored, but perhaps I can discover something interesting here. B)

    • That makes me wonder, how many starting tackles in the NFL and/or elite tackles have short arms? I feel like there’s probably lots of tackles that end up being drafted in later rounds because they had short arms or didn’t have the physical tools.
    • Damn back to 10th. I only caught the last 5 minutes but some of those 3's were horrible lol. In that close of game you can't be launching those many hail mary's when you could be chipping away from the foul line. I guess no one wanted to get in the paint and didn't trust the refs to give them the calls maybe? Gonna watch the highlights to get a better idea of the flow of the game
    • I agree.  The Big 12 is a good conference, and he is the swinging dick in that conference.  If Bill Self retires, that sets Kansas back a bit, and Arizona moves even further ahead as the best team in that conference.  Arizona can crush west coast recruiting with USC / UCLA no longer being relevant for LA kids, and Gonzaga not being able to compete moneywise.   If Lloyd comes here, he will be second fiddle to Duke every single year in NIL and recruits.  Not to mention the entire SEC and Big East for kids who want to stay in those regions to play. This is why I keep saying go get Mark Few.  Has proven he can do more with less from an X / O perspective but can also recruit All American players and compete at a high level. He's a god at Gonzaga, but for $9M he'd make the move as that's 4x what he's making at Gonzaga, and makes him the highest paid coach in the country.
