5-3

I guarantee the Panthers will be 2-6 with a victory against either STL or TB, en route to 2-8 after losing to SF and NE the following two weeks.  Would be fitting considering Ron Rivera always starts 2-8.  I actually have money riding on this prediction.  I've made so much money betting against the Panthers these past two years. Takes the sting out of losing too.

They'll finish 4-12, beating Tampa and the NYJ at the end of the year.  Unlike the previous two seasons, the team will NOT rally at the end of the year because there is ZERO chance Rivera stays on another season.  This season is going to get ugly very quick.

We are 0-2 in "should win games so far this year.

Should have beaten Buffalo - LOST

Should have beaten Arizona - LOST

Good teams find a way to win and bad teams find a way to lose. Our record over the past 4 years should make it apparent that we are a bad team. I'll always root on my beloved Panthers but this culture of losing makes me sick. Every week I hope for th best but the recent history of this team has conditioned me to expect the worst. Just typing that truth makes me sad sad sad.

Well, we were in a position to win every game this year. A fumble screwed it up against SEA, Norman in BUF, our receivers in ARI. All mistakes by individuals, not a team failure. OK, on sunday it was more than one players mistake and the coaches did their part in every loss, but we were always able to compete and would own a good record if these mistakes weren´t made. So I am confident that we will win games when we eliminate the stupid mistakes. It is not like 2010 when we sucked bad, this team can play.

Hmmmm...  ^_^

5-3 anyone? OK, let`s go with 4-3 first, but doubters, please check in and tell us why we will fall back again.

My only worry with this team is how we're going to react when it's a close game.  I'm happy with the way they've been playing, but I need to see them pull out a close win before I fully believe that this team has what it takes to be a true playoff contender.

OK I have to bring this one up again. Now that we are there, what's next? I know. Let's go from game to game, starting with smashing SF. But never again give up a season after four weeks. KEEP POUNDING, ALWAYS!

    • Nobody on the huddle is saying we have an elite group offensively across the board. They aren't great. They're young. If you are expecting someone to agree with your position of blaming everyone around Bryce Young nearly three full seasons into his career you are going to be left holding the bag save for a handful of people who act like they are paid to defend his honor. Bryce Young is not a guy who has had to claw and fight his way into starting jobs in football. He's had the best to work with and been gifted roles since he was a teenager. The Panthers have one of the youngest rosters in the league and with us needing an infusion of young defensive talent in the upcoming draft we're only going to get younger. We need a QB who possesses the ability to elevate those around him. If you can't agree with me on that then there's nothing further to discuss.
    • All Bryce and the Panthers had to do was split with the Saints and a rookie QB. The bar was so low. They even had a whole bye week to prepare. The time for singing kumbaya was before that game. Anyone still talking about Bryce earning a second contract 43 games into his career is living a fantasy. He might get one from the Tepper owned Panthers but he's damn sure not earned it.
