You cant stand over a player in which Mitchell did.

My perspective of that play was that Mitchell was celebrating alone, much similar to when Jared Allen and Clay Matthews when they get a sack.

If they're going to give fines atleast be consistent. If anything, Smitty taunted Jenkins when he pointed at him after he scored that touchdown.

The play where he shoved Jenkins in the face and then did the matador move.

He hit him legally in the torso/shoulders.
