that's what i was thinking.  the 73 dolphins allowed only 150 points over 14 games.   something that couldn't be duplicated in the modern nfl.

 

the saints will probably score a couple touchdowns on them, and we still have to play them twice...so....our numbers could end up worse.

10.3ppg is just sick considering how teams put up crazy offensive #s these days. 40 burgers are nothing today. It used to be a big deal to pass over 300 yds. I think Kaep passed for like 40 yards in the 2nd half. I don't remember the 85 bears...but this D is up there with the best of them. There was a point some time late in the 3rd quarter today where I knew the 9ers would not score again unless we turn it over deep in our territory. We have ourselves a defense
