This wasnt Rivera vs Harbaugh. It was Rivera Vs Rivera and Rivera won.

I thought Harbaugh was going to go for it. I guess he didn't realize it but Payton/Brees tries does this all the time in the NFC South. Not like the Panthers aren't going to be prepared for 4th and going for it fakes.

Dunno, this was a strange set of downs in the drive. Maybe Harbaugh knew he dodged a bullet on the Davis catch/fumble and just wanted to take the points.

I'm still having problems with them not overturning that call.

Going for the field goal from 53 took some guts. They would have had great field position and Gano had already missed. He trusted his guy and we won the game. Good for Ron.

  Theilen is clearly the better all around receiver than Ginn but they are different olayers and comparing them is useless. Theilen is more like a Cotchery than a Ginn.
