It's not really surprising to see Talib's name up there (assuming there is a minimum amount of snaps needed to qualify), but seeing Florence's name up there was pretty shocking.

Not too shabby for a player who was signed, cut, then signed again.

Wish I would have watched the game.  When Buffalo lost their CB's  - same time Carolina did - I figured either team might resign him.  In Buffalo PFF would constantly rank him among the worst CB's.  I wish I would have paid closer attention last Sunday to see what was different but the guy just would get torched in Buffalo.

 

I do not like him as a player because he is slow at the hip, turns them the wrong way and then is too slow to recover.  If he gets all the mechanisms right he's above average occasionally and good at his best.  Of course, much of this is all the time I watched him in Buffalo and what I have seen in limited time watching him this year.  I seldom watch the DB's on other teams, I stick to LB's and DT's.

The last time time we did face him though, he gave up 3 rec for 63 yards. (had 2 pass defended)

 

Since Cam has been QB, he hasn't really been burnt.
