He's been flip-flopping with Brees and Peyton all season long with leading the league in passer rating on 3rd downs.

 

Well according to Fox he's #1 with a 111.9 passer rating, Brees #2 with 107 passer rating, and Peyton #3 with 106.3 passer rating.

 

Add in his 3rd down scrambles that go something like this:

Once a QB understands that all he has to do is continue to get first downs, then you better watch out for him to explode. Thats why the networks are jumping on his bandwagon.

I'm just sick of the QB sneaks on third and short. RB core gets way too much money for that. 1-2 yards is practically a guarantee for Tolbert and think of how great playactions could be if we got teams scared of him.
